What Indiana requires
Indiana has a 25/50/25 minimum liability requirement: $25,000 for bodily injury to or the death of one person, $50,000 for two or more people in one accident, and $25,000 for property damage in one accident.
The minimum is only a starting point. Collision, comprehensive, medical payments and uninsured motorist coverage can protect you and your car beyond what the state requires.
Why an independent agent
The Indiana Department of Insurance notes that independent agents represent several companies, and suggests talking with more than one. We do the comparing for you, so you get the “Wright” coverage for the “Wright” price.
